DESCRIPTION
Jeppe-Park is a well-positioned and highly utilised public space on Johannesburg’s CBD urban fringe. It has been several years since any infrastructural improvements have been implemented in the park and some small interventions have the potential to provide high impact for park users. The project entails the upgrade of existing facilities together with the introduction of some necessary elements. The project is will be completed in two phases: Phase 1, which includes the introduction of public ablutions, public lighting, bins, and bollards, while Phase 2 will include leveling, new turf and trees, soccer goals, and other landscape elements.
